Nominations for the LDF Executive Committee 2024

Any member of the local party (Liberal Democrats in France) can put themselves forward for one of the posts described below - self nomination is encouraged!

All LDF members should have received an email inviting them to nominate for an Executive Committee officer position, via a dedicated online system. If not, please download and return one of the forms below by email to the Returning Officer here.

Remember - if you aren’t currently a member, but support our values and our goals, you can still qualify for nomination by joining here before the Annual General Meeting on the 29th November.

IN-PERSON  NOMINATIONS  - at AGM meeting (after Officer reports)

Posts on the Executive Committee

  • Chair, whose duties include chairing all general and Executive Committee meetings; 

  • Vice-Chair, whose duties include deputising for the Chair as required; 

  • Secretary, whose duties include maintaining minutes of meetings; 

  • Treasurer, whose duties include handling financial business; 

  • Data Officer, whose duties include managing membership data;  

  • Membership Development Officer, whose duties include recruitment campaigns;

Up to four Ordinary Members.
